By utilizing this creative expression, I am leading the movement to remove the stigma against mental health by demonstrating that meaning can be found within every circumstance. Through revealing my own life story, I share the mental, emotional, and spiritual impact different experiences can play on how we grow, heal, and connect with others.
Through my poems, I reveal how the delicacy of human emotions are the key components to our unique & beautiful humanity.
